Where is the Exhibit Hall located?
The Exhibit Hall is in the Grand Ballroom on the Grand Ballroom level of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. 

When is the Exhibit Hall open during the Annual Meeting? 
The Exhibit Hall is open the following days and times during the meeting:

  • Wednesday, October 29, from 5:30 – 7 pm
  • Thursday, October 30, from 9 am – 4 pm
  • Friday, October, from 9 am – 4 pm 
How do I apply for exhibit space, sponsorships, advertising, or meeting space at the Annual Meeting?

Past industry partners: The company’s primary contact on record will receive an email with their login information. If your contact has changed or you did not receive an email, please call 507-288-0100 or email our Corporate Manager at dsidenstricker@aanem.org.

When do exhibit sales open?
Exhibit sales for the AANEM Annual Meeting will open at the end of February. The Corporate Prospectus will be available on the website at the end of January, and will be emailed to the primary contact for your company.

What is the cost of exhibiting?
Prices for booth space vary by size. For booth costs and to learn what's included, view the prospectus

When is the deadline to secure an exhibit space?
The Exhibit Hall spaces go fast—reserve your booth when the exhibit sales open to guarantee your spot!

When will the Exhibitor Kit be available?
The Exhibitor Kit will become available after booth assignments are made in May and will be provided by the general contractor, Shepard.

What is included in the exhibitor/industry partner badge access?
Badged booth personnel may attend any of the AANEM Annual Meeting sessions, courses, and events. However, no CME or CEUs are granted for attendance. Exhibitors may purchase a ticket to ticketed sessions at the onsite nonmember rate at the discretion of the AANEM and based on space availability.

Exhibitors/industry partners can only attend as spectators. Attendance at any Industry Forum is limited and only allowed if seating is available after all interested attendees have been seated. Exhibit/industry personnel will be allowed access to the Exhibit Hall 1-hour prior and 1-hour following the official exhibit hours. See Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for additional information.
