QI/PIP Credit

NEW for fall 2024!

QI/PIP credits are now available for a physician’s work and involvement in the accreditation and reaccreditation processes. 

ABPMR- Physicians listed as the main point of contact who complete the accreditation/reaccreditation application are eligible for QI/PIP credit upon the lab being granted accreditation. 

ABPN- Physicians must complete a 2-step self-review of patient reports for PIP credit. The main point of contact for the lab will need to check a box on Step 4 of the accreditation/reaccreditation application indicating which physician/s is/are interested in the credit. This will initiate an email to the interested physicians with further instructions and a link to the online course to complete the process.
