NMUS bundling with EMG codes
Is there a position statement that has been issued by the AANEM (or other societies) regarding the bundling of 76883 with EMG/NCS codes? I know there was some confusion with regards to this when the 76883 code first was introduced but our billing department informed me that the 76883 code is being regularly denied by commercial carriers in our area. I tried to look this up to no avail.

I enjoy participating in the AANEM Connect Forum for a number of reasons. There are very fundamental questions posed on a frequent basis that cause me to pause and ask myself, ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’ Also, I continue to learn new things when others contribute their thoughts and experiences.
