Our original room block at the JW Marriott sold out. An additional AANEM room block at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge has recently been opened with limited rooms. AANEM has also established additional room blocks at the nearby Hyatt House and Residence Inn.

Hyatt Property Instructions: Enter dates between Tuesday (10/31/23) and Saturday (11/4/23). Entering additional nights using the links above will make the group rate appear as unavailable. If you need additional nights, please book the dates between Tuesday and Saturday, and then send Shaun Lankton (shaun.lankton@hyatt.com) an email to add the additional nights.
Shuttle Service will be provided between the Cambria Hotel, Residence Inn, Holiday Inn, and the JW Marriott every 30 minutes during these hours (we are working on additional shuttle service for the Hyatt properties):
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 7:00 am – 11:00 am
- 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Saturday
- 7:00 am - Noon

The Phoenix International Airport is approximately 25 miles from the meeting location and AANEM room blocks.
AANEM does not provide discounts or assistance on airfare.
