Dues Deductibility

For tax purposes, a portion of your AANEM dues is non-deductible due to lobbying activities.

• 2025: Based on 2025 budgeted lobbying expenses, 3.85% of your dues is non-deductible.
• 2026 Estimate: We estimate that 5.5% of your 2026 dues will be non-deductible.

The remaining portion of your dues may be deductible as a business expense.
