What You Will Do
Health Policy & Advocacy

Leadership & Operations
- Lead and develop a small team and manage external lobbying consultants in support of AANEM’s advocacy strategy.
- Oversee departmental budgets and operational planning.
- Translate complex legal, regulatory, and policy issues into clear guidance for staff, physician volunteers, and leadership.
Who We’re Looking For

- Comfort making informed decisions about when to escalate issues and when to monitor.
Relevant Experience
- JD or at least 7 years of experience in health policy, regulatory affairs, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with physician leaders, boards, or volunteer governance structures preferred.
Leadership & Communication
- Proven ability to lead people, manage consultants, and guide cross-functional work.
