On Wednesday, November 27, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services released its 2014 Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule containing its decision whether or not to change the established 2013 EMG and NCS relative value units for 2014.

New Claim Form Accepted Beginning January 6, 2014

A new version of the CMS 1500 claim form has been approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Office of Management and Budget. Medicare has indicated they will begin accepting the revised form on January 6, 2014.
