Join Our New MACRA Task Force

We are seeking AANEM members to join a new MACRA task force. This task force will help shape our response to the new Quality Payment Program (QPP) created by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as part of the 2015 MACRA legislation. Task force members will help to create resources for AANEM members.
 
Task force job description:
Review and analyze the impact of Medicare’s recently released Quality Payment Program on neuromuscular and EDX physicians. Create and work with relevant AANEM committees to create educational materials for AANEM members to assist them with the transition to the new Medicare payment system. Devise an advocacy strategy, which may include meeting with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and/or congressional outreach.
