APPLY NOW: Muscular Dystrophy Coordinating Committee

The Muscular Dystrophy Coordinating Committee (MDCC), a federal advisory committee, is seeking nominations for an individual to serve as a non-federal member interested in providing the public and/or patient perspective. Nominations will be accepted until 5 p.m. on October 26, 2015. Both self-nominations and nominations of other individuals are permitted.
 
The MDCC is a federal advisory committee under the auspices of the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). It was established in accordance with the Muscular Dystrophy Community Assistance, Research, and Education Amendments of 2001 (MD-CARE Act). The MDCC coordinates activities amongst the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other Federal health programs and activities relevant to all forms of muscular dystrophy.
