Seeking Moderators for New Online Forum

5/21/2013

ForumIn response to member interest, the AANEM plans to launch an online forum for members to discuss clinical and practice management topics.

“In a recent survey member feedback revealed that our members need a means to interact and connect with other physicians and professionals in their field for opinions and feedback related to medical and practice issues,” noted Brenda Riggott, director of member and corporate relations. “The AANEM online forum will make it easy for members to network and seek advice and answers from colleagues when the need arises.”

The online forum will launch with two general topic areas, clinical and practice management, and may expand based on member participation and topic postings. Before the forum can launch, the AANEM is seeking physician member moderators who will monitor the postings and provide professional medical oversight. Volunteering to moderate a forum is a great opportunity to get involved in an exciting new offering and members-only benefit with minimal time commitment.
