3 Letters of Recommendation requested for applying

This is a one year ACGME-accredited fellowship in clinical neuromuscular medicine emphasizing adult and pediatric neuromuscular medicine, EMG, muscle/nerve biopsy reading, ultrasound, therapeutics (immunomodulatory, small molecule, antisense oligonucleotide and gene therapy), autonomics, and billing. There is participation in MDA and ALSA clinics. Additional opportunities for development into an academic career path are available including lab research, clinical trials research and other small projects. Fellow will participate in 2 national/regional conferences per year. This fellowship will prepare you for a career in both pediatrics and adult neuromuscular medicine including academic and private practice settings. Interested applicants should send a personal statement, curriculum vitae, official copies of your USMLE Step 1 to 3 board scores and three references to the Program Director and Coordinator.
