3 Letters of Recommendation requested for applying

Our program is structured to allow our fellows to choose a track that best suits their future career goals. The three most common tracks are a focus on EEG, a focus on EMG/NCV, or a balanced focus between these two primary disciplines. All fellows, regardless of their primary focus, will spend one month in the adult epilepsy monitoring unit, one month in the pediatric epilepsy monitoring unit, and one month in the EMG/NCV laboratory. Elective experiences in magnetoencephalography (MEG), autonomics, sleep medicine, intraoperative monitoring (IOM), and evoked potentials (EPs) are also offered. Research-focused elective rotations are also available. Mentorship is a key component of any successful training program and is a major focus for our program. My goal as a Program Director, and our goal as a Fellowship Program, is to provide a strong foundation in Clinical Neurophysiology that will prepare our graduates for their future. This may mean entering directly into practice after fellowship or transitioning to a second year of fellowship in a related field such as Epilepsy or Neuromuscular Medicine. Training occurs at our three affiliated hospitals in Milwaukee: Froedtert Hospital (tertiary care hospital for adults), Children’s Wisconsin (tertiary care hospital for children), and the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center (tertiary hospital within the VA system). Thank you again for your interest in our Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship program. To apply, please send our application form along with your letter of interest (personal statement) and current CV. We request you have three letters of recommendation (one of which must come from your Neurology or Child Neurology Program Director) sent to us. In addition, we require your USMLE or COMLEX examination reports, medical transcript(s), and (if applicable), ECFMG certification. Please send all application materials to: Jenny Her (Program Coordinator):
