Online access provides several new benefits: the Coding Guide will be accessible via any computer in your office or home; it will be fully searchable so you can easily find a particular CPT code or diagnosis and it will be immediately updated whenever changes occur assuring that you always have the most timely coding and billing information.

The AANEM Coding Guide is your best source of coding information. It provides detailed explanations of how and when to use the codes and modifiers to help ensure proper coding and avoid potential rejections by payors. The Coding Guide also contains the list of ICD-9-CM codes applicable to electrodiagnostic medicine, resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS) information, a sample billing form, sample letters, information on evaluation and management codes and much more.
