All companies supporting items or events related to the AANEM Annual Meeting will be acknowledged in the AANEM Program Book. Priority will be given to AANEM exhibitors and educational sponsors. President's Reception: $20,000
The opening event
on Wednesday evening, the President's Reception is the premiere social event
at the AANEM Annual Meeting. This well-attended event (over 1,000 attendees)
features cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Sponsorship offers exposure to
all attendees at this fun kickoff event. It can be co-sponsored by a maximum
of two companies for $10,000 each. Call for details.

• Signage at the event
• Acknowledgement on the invitation to the event included in the conference
bag

The tradeshow floor
is the largest area for networking at the annual meeting. Why

Each year, AANEM
meeting attendees recognize the value of AANEM's educational materials from
the meeting when they purchase the meeting handouts on CD-ROM. Extend your company's
visibility by distributing these materials to all meeting attendees! Companies
have the choice of sponsoring handouts or audio recordings of meeting sessions
on CD-ROM. Call for details.

NEW! WiFi Package: $15,000
As the sponsor of
the wireless internet service at the Québec City Convention Centre, your
company will receive maximum exposure when attendees utilize WiFi during the
meeting. Sponsor both WiFi AND CyberCafe and get a reduced rate! Call for details.
Sponsor will receive:
• Dedicated corporate “splash page” that displays each time
attendees access WiFi service
• Signage placed in selected high visibility areas
Cyber Cafe: $10,000
Make the connection!
This highly visible and widely used service can be accessed by all attendees
and their guests throughout the meeting, not to mention that the AANEM's meeting
evaluations are now available ONLY online for attendees.
Sponsor will receive:
• Company logo set as the screen saver and the desktop background on the
computers in the kiosks
• Signage placed at the Cyber Café
Conference Bags: $10,000
Distributed to every
attendee, the conference bags offer the greatest visibility for your company
both at the conference and beyond when attendees continue to carry the bag throughout
their travels.
Sponsor will receive:
• Your company logo displayed alongside the AANEM logo, or acknowledgment
inside the bag if company policy does not allow for logo placement.
Coffee Break: $7,500
The AANEM Annual
Meeting attendees have a busy schedule during the week and look forward to the
breaks between educational sessions. The AANEM provides coffee, refreshments,
and snacks for the meeting attendees—and your sponsorship will give you
all the credit. Sponsor may provide branded napkins and cups.
Sponsor will receive:
• Signage placed at the snack tables
Seated Massage: $7,500
The ultimate traffic
builder! AANEM is offering exclusive sponsorship of the extremely popular seated
massage station. Massage booth personnel may wear attire with your company’s
logo (shirts must be provided). Best of all, as the sponsor, you can locate
the massage booth right next to your own booth to generate the most traffic!
BodyWorks Massage Therapy Centers' trained staff will provide upper-body massage
using state-of-the-art non-mechanical massage chairs.

• Choice of the location of the BodyWorks Massage booth
• Signage placed in the massage booth
Abstract Guide & Poster Sessions: $5,000
The AANEM has separated
its program materials from its abstract submissions, and the result is a great
companion guide for meeting attendees. Registrants receive a separate book containing
all meeting abstracts and an easy-to-use guide to finding the posters on display
throughout the meeting.

• Acknowledgement in the Abstract Guide
• Signage at the poster sessions
NEW! Meeting-at-a-Glance Signage: $5,000
The AANEM recognizes attendees' needs to easily access information onsite, such as convention center maps, meeting locations and session information. Located in the registration area, signage for each day's events and locations will be prominently displayed, along with acknowledgement of your company's sponsorship.
Conference Notebooks: $5,000
Take note! Printing your company or product logo on the AANEM conference notebooks (or acknowledgment inside the notebook if company policy does not allow for logo placement) is a surefire way to receive high visibility during the meeting and beyond, when attendees continue to use this staple once back to work.
Pens: $2,500
Your company can be at the fingertips of all attendees when you sponsor the official annual meeting pens. Pens will display your company's logo and will be placed in the conference bags that are distributed to all meeting attendees. The AANEM chooses the pens that will be used and you provide the logo.
Hotel Key Card: $2,500
The key to success! Provide meeting attendees who have chosen to stay at the official annual meeting hotels with a customized room key that includes your corporate name/logo on the front of the key. Artwork will be coordinated between the sponsor and the AANEM. Key and printing costs are included with the sponsorship fee.
Lanyards: $2,500
Lanyards are distributed to all meeting attendees, guests, and exhibitors. Your company’s name or logo will be prominently printed on the lanyard giving your company exposure throughout the meeting.
Hospitality Suite: $2,500
When the official annual meeting sessions are finished for the day, get quality time with attendees by hosting a private event at one of the official meeting hotels.
Welcome Signage: $2,500
You are front and center when you sponsor the welcome signage for the AANEM 57th Annual Meeting. Your banner gives you premium visibility as attendees arrive daily at the Québec City Convention Centre. The AANEM will provide the guidelines and contacts to make arrangements for hanging your banner.
President’s Luncheon: $1,000
Want access to key
leaders at the AANEM? Support the President’s Luncheon which is attended
by the AANEM Board of Directors, key committee chairs, and honored speakers.
Sponsor the event with the most distinguished guest list at the AANEM Annual
Meeting.
Sponsor will receive:

Welcome Reception: $1,000
This reception gives
new members, first-time attendees, and international meeting attendees a warm
welcome to the AANEM Annual Meeting. Greeted by AANEM leadership and staff,
attendees have an opportunity to network and enjoy wine and refreshments before
moving on to the President’s Reception.

Annual Meeting Program Book Advertising
Distributed with
registration material, the Meeting Program Book is included in the conference
bag to all annual meeting attendees. The Program Book provides details of every
session, floor plans, and exhibitor information.
