Host a Satellite Symposium (Industry Forum)

Satellite Symposia offer a tremendous opportunity to provide education, demonstrate your company’s commitment to quality patient care, and build your corporate brand. Satellite Symposia are open to all registered meeting attendees free of charge, providing your company with the opportunity to reach up to 1,000 physicians.

In 2009, each session was attended by an average of 250-300 attendees. Companies have the option of submitting proposals for either CME or non-CME sessions. These sessions should provide AANEM meeting attendees with novel and innovative approaches to the issues impacting physicians in the area of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal medicine. Breakfast, lunch, and evening time slots are available. Please review the AANEM's Satellite Symposia Regulations.

- Wednesday, October 6 (lunch symposium)

- Thursday, October 7 (breakfast or lunch symposium)

- Friday, October 8 (lunch symposium)

ALL Satellite Symposium sponsors receive the following core sponsorship benefits:

• One premeeting registration list for your company’s targeted mailing
• Complimentary registration for all all speakers
• Signage at the sponsored session
• Full details of the session included in the program book, registration brochure, and on the AANEM website with a link to the sponsor's company
• Promotion of sponsorship in all AANEM meeting materials, including the Registration Brochure and Program Book, and on the AANEM website
• Promotion in the AANEM membership newsletter, AANEM News
• Acknowledgement in the AANEM’s official journal, Muscle & Nerve

Satellite Symposium Sponsorship Levels

Once a company is hosting a Satellite Symposium, the sponsoring company will be listed as a sponsor of the AANEM Annual Meeting. The AANEM offers three levels of Satellite Symposia sponsorships: platinum, gold, and silver. The sponsorship fee reserves the space and session time, and determines the company's level of sponsorship.

Platinum Sponsorship: $75,000

Platinum Sponsors will receive:

• First choice of an unopposed time slot for your educational session
• Sponsorship of one breakfast in the exhibit hall
• Full-page, 4-color advertisement space with premium placement in the annual meeting Program Book for your session (or other use as agreed by sponsor)
• 2 additional complimentary conference registrations
• All the core benefits listed above

Gold Sponsorship: $50,000

Gold Sponsors will receive:

• First choice of available time slots for your educational session
• Full-page, black-and-white advertisement space in the annual meeting Program Book for your session (or other use as agreed by sponsor)
• 1 additional complimentary conference registration
• All the core benefits listed above

Silver Sponsorship: $35,000

Silver Sponsors will receive:

• All the core benefits listed above
