by telephone, please identify yourself as an attendee of the AANEM Annual Meeting

PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand, there are currently no rooms available at the Manchester Grand Hyatt for the evening of Tuesday, October 6. Rooms are available all other days of the meeting. For attendees needing a room the evening of October 6, we have now created a special hotel website where you can book, modify, or cancel a reservation at alternative hotel properties through October 12, 2009 or call 1-888-625-5144 to be connected to reservations.
After September 15, check with the Hyatt to see if rooms are available and cancel your reservation at the designated alternative hotel properties without penalty.
