Exhibit Fees

The early bird deadline is April 1. The lower prices listed are for each exhibit space reserved on or before April 1.
  • 10'x10' inline exhibit: $1,700/$1,900
  • 10'x10' corner exhibit: $1,900/$2,100
  • 10'x20' inline exhibit: $3,400/$3,800
  • 10'x20' corner exhibit: $3,800/$4,200
  • 10'x30' inline exhibit: $5,100/$5,700
  • 10'x30' corner exhibit: $5,700/$6,300
  • 20'x20' island exhibit: $6,800/$7,600 
  • 20'x30' island exhibit: $10,200/$11,400

Exhibit fees include the following:

  • 4 complimentary exhibitor badges per 10' x 10' exhibit space.
    • Additional individual exhibitor badges may be purchased for $495/badge
    • Exhibitor badge allows admission to exhibit hall, educational courses, symposia, special interest groups, and plenary sessions.
  • 8' high back drape, 36" high side rails
  • 7" by 44" identification sign
  • General perimeter security
  • Publication of your company description in the onsite Meeting Guide and on the AANEM website
  • One complimentary list of preregistered attendee names

Shepard Exposition Services is the exclusive drayage contractor and provides an online exhibitor service kit . The kit includes complete information, shipping instructions, and order forms for services provided by Shepard Exposition Services.

*Coffee breaks take place in the Exhibit Hall Thursday and Friday, 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Exhibit Dismantle

Friday, September 15 -  4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

*All exhibits must remain in place until the close of the show at 4:30 PM on the final exhibit day. Any exhibitor leaving before the hall closes will be assessed a fine of $500.

Exhibit Floor Plan & Location Assignments

View the 2017 exhibit floor plan to select your preferred space. Exhibit assignments are made in mid-May. Location requests of exhibitors are considered and assignments are made in priority point order with companies having the highest number of points assigned first followed by other assignments in descending order based on the following priorities:
  • exhibitor history at past meetings
  • level of support to AANEM in current year
  • date application received
  • square footage of exhibit at current meeting

Affiliate Event Requests

All corporate or affiliate events involving AANEM meeting attendees must be reviewed and approved by the AANEM Executive Office. An affiliate meeting access fee may be charged by the AANEM when members and/or meeting attendees are participating in an affiliate event that takes place during the official AANEM Annual Meeting dates and requires the release of space at the location where the AANEM has contracted meeting space reserved. Available times/dates and additional information can be found in the online Affiliate Event Request Form
