Q. How do I login?
A. Members received a personalized email with their log-in and password. If you don't have access to this email, you can retrieve your user name and password by:
- Clicking "Log-in" at the top right corner of the website home page.
- Clicking on the "Forgot your password" link at the bottom of the login screen.
- You will be asked to identify yourself; click on "email" then put your email address of record with AANEM into the field; click "retrieve password."
- You will receive an email from AANEM with your username and password.
After logging in, you will be asked to reset your password. You also can change your username on the top right of the Your Profile page.
Q. How do I update my Profile?
A. In your View Profile window, click “edit” at the bottom of the page. Make any changes needed to the page, then click “accept” or “save” changes at the bottom right page of the profile screen. Your new profile should then be visible. Please note that to change your Primary or Secondary Address, you must click on the word “Primary” or “Secondary” and not in the address box. The Company field is read-only at this time.
Q. I cannot find the page I normally go to – how can I locate it?
A. Many pages have been moved, combined, or re-named. Please take some time to navigate through the site and utilize the “search” function. There is also a site map link at the bottom of each page, should you prefer to navigate that way.
Q. If I’m not a member, how can I access free products?
A. You may access our free products, such as podcasts, by signing up as a visitor. This sign up is free of charge.
Q. Is there a preferred internet browser?
A. Yes, Internet Explorer is the primary browser selection of the AANEM. For full compatibility with our membership management software and website, we recommend the use of Internet Explorer 7 or newer.
Q. Where can I find Patient Education/Resources?
A. We are thoroughly sifting through the information to provide patients with better, easier-to-understand info. Therefore, those pages are currently under construction and will be up in the near future.
Q. Will I still be able to obtain CME?
A. Yes, products are currently available, but CME is still under construction. This feature will be available to you soon!
For current members: CME can be viewed by going to View Profile and selecting My CME.
