The AANEM's Electrodiagnostic Self-Assessment Examination (EDXSAE) and Neuromuscular Self-Assessment Examination (NMSAE) make excellent study guides and self-assessment tools.  

As the AANEM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to offer credits for educational activities, some of our SAEs provide physicians with the opportunity to obtain CME credits. Check out the SAE products available in our Marketplace.

In addition, the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation reviewed our EDXSAE and NMSAE and approved them as options for its Maintenance of Certification program. ABPMR diplomates who complete one of AANEM's SAEs receive credit for one self-assessment.

The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology reviewed our EDXSAE and NMSAE and approved them as part of a comprehensive self-assessment program, as mandated by the American Board of Medical Specialties as a necessary component of maintenance of certification.
