MD or DO Degree; A completed ACGME approved residency program in Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Letters of recommendation from the Neurology Residency Program Director, Chairperson and two other faculty members.

Description:  

 

One year ACGME approved neuromuscular medicine fellowship in neuromuscular disorders and epilepsy. Fellows attend clinics in nerve and muscle disease, adult and pediatric MDA, Botox and ALS. While on the EEG service, fellows will participate in the outpatient epilepsy clinics and inpatient epilepsy monitoring service. A research project in clinical neurophysiology is a requirement and fellows will be required to submit clinical abstracts to a national meeting. Fellows who complete this program will be eligible to sit for the ABPN Clinical Neurophysiology examination.
