Description:    

The Yale-New Haven Medical Center Program is an ACGME accredited fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine. The fellow will have extensive training in evaluating, diagnosing and managing all levels of neuropathy, myopathy, neuromuscular junction disease and motor neuron disease. The fellow will also become an expert in EMG testing using all modalities including routine nerve conduction studies, needle exam, RNS, single fiber EMG and quantitative motor unit analysis. There will be participation in a weekly neuromuscular conference and fellows are encourage to submit abstracts to major neurological meetings and participate in clinical research projects.
