Meeting on Flash Drive: $15,000    NEW
Each year, AANEM meeting attendees recognize the value of AANEM's educational course books and handouts. Extend your company's visibility by distributing these materials to all meeting attendees!
Sponsor will receive:

Cyber Cafe: $10,000
Make the connection! This highly visible and widely used service can be accessed by all attendees and their guests throughout the meeting. AANEM's meeting evaluations and CME are now available ONLY online for attendees.
Sponsor will receive:

• Company logo set as the screen saver and the desktop background on the computers in the kiosks
• Signage placed at the Cyber Café

WiFi in the Exhibit Hall: $10,000     NEW
Sponsor the only free WiFi access at the meeting when you support wireless access for attendees in the exhibit hall. A great way to increase traffic to the exhibit hall and get all the credit for the convenient service provided to attendees during exhibit hall hours.
Sponsor will receive:

• Signage places in the exhibit hall
• Table tent recognition on all break tables in the exhibit hall
  

Conference Bags: $10,000
Distributed to every attendee, the conference bags offer the greatest visibility for your company at the meeting.
Sponsor will receive:

• Your company logo displayed alongside the AANEM logo, or an insert inside the bag if company policy does not allow for logo placement.

Seated Massage: $7,500
The ultimate traffic builder! AANEM is offering exclusive sponsorship of the extremely popular seated massage station. Massage booth personnel may wear attire with your company’s logo (shirts must be provided). BodyWorks Massage Therapy Centers' trained staff will provide upper-body massage using state-of-the-art non-mechanical massage chairs.

• Choice of available location for the BodyWorks Massage booth
• Signage placed in the massage booth

Program Book Note Pages: $7,000    NEW
Take note! You're bound to make an impression when your company logo is seen on nearly 30 notebook pages included in the new and larger format Annual Meeting Program Book. This is a surefire way to receive high visibility during the meeting and beyond, when attendees reference their notes after the meeting.
Sponsor will receive:

• Corporate logo on each notebook page

Charging Station: $5,000    NEW
While attendees charge their mobile phone or electronic devices you will have 7-12 minutes of their attention when you sponsor the charging station. The unit stands 6' tall and has 18 charging tips tht are compatible with 95% of devices.
Sponsor will receive:

• Your product demo, sales presentation, or video on the unit's 17" LCD screen 
• Your brand mesage displayed on the 23"x 13" static billboard and full-unit vinyl wrap

Hotel Key Card: $3,000
The key to success! Provide meeting attendees, who have chosen to stay at the official annual meeting hotels, with a customized room key that includes your corporate name/logo on the front of the key.  Artwork will be coordinated between the sponsor and the AANEM. Key and printing costs are included with the sponsorship fee.

Welcome Signage: $2,500 
Your presence will be known when you hang your banner from the most visible area of the meeting venue. The AANEM will provide the guidelines and contacts to make arrangements for hanging your banner. Cost of banner and hanging are the responsibility of sponsor.
Sponsor will receive:

• Permission to display a welcome banner at the meeting

Lanyards: $2,500
Lanyards are distributed to all meeting attendees, guests, and exhibitors giving your company exposure throughout the meeting.
Sponsor will receive:

• Corporate logo, name and/or website printed on each lanyard

Pens: $ 2,500
Your company can be at the fingertips of all attendees when you sponsor the official annual meeting pens. Pens will be placed in the conference bags that are distributed to all meeting attendees. The AANEM chooses the pens that will be used and you provide the logo.
Sponsor will receive:

• Corporate logo on each pen

Hotel Door Drop: $1,000
Delivered directly to the attendee hotel rooms, door drops provide an excellent opportunity to introduce a new product or service, or invite attendees to your booth or event.  Specific arrangements for "dropping" your corporate information is made directly with the official meeting hotel. Additional charges by the hotel are applicable and are the responsibility of corporate participants.

• Access to deliver your company information to the hotel room of meeting attendees

Silent Auction: $1,000
The AANEM Foundation for Research and Education holds a silent auction at the AANEM Annual Meeting. This onsite auction is a major fundraising event for the Foundation and is widely publicized to the AANEM members before and during the meeting.

• Acknowledgement on the AANEM Foundation website with your company's logo and a link to your website.
